Eternal Flame Private Retreat Experience with Transcendelic 🔥 A full-length experience and immersive journey akin to the complete cycle of a phoenix’s rebirth

Four to five-hour personalized retreat medicine session in person at a location of your choice in San Diego County (in addition to hours of telehealth sessions before and after the retreat) with all of the following included: intake, journal, pen, eye mask, longer preparation and meditation, intention setting, psycholytic or psychedelic medicine journey (with or without concurrent therapy/processing during the journey depending on client’s needs), gentle landing, longer integration session, integration materials, and inclusion forever in Transcendelic’s monthly online integration circles

Note: The in-person component of this experience alone is approximately 4-5 times the length of many ketamine clinics’ sessions, which often only involve administering the medicine and do not include ketamine-assisted therapy with preparation and intention setting, meditation, and integration. The added telehealth sessions before and after the retreat make this experience much more comprehensive than many clinics’ offerings.

Add-on services for retreats:

• Massage: On-site massage before or after medicine session(s), subject to availability: $150 for 60 minutes or $225 for 90 minutes paid to massage therapist (Maricel or Guinevere). Please inquire in advance for massage therapist availability. Tips are greatly appreciated!

• Yoga: On-site hour-long yoga class(es) with instructor Amelia before or after medicine session(s), subject to availability and paid to Amelia: $130 for single person class, $75 per person for 2-person class, $56.67 per person for 3-person class, or $47.50 per person for 4-person class

• Chef Services: We regularly work with Chef Matthew Purnell, who specializes in delicious plant-based (vegan) meals, and also creates meals that suit any other dietary preferences. Prices will depend on number of meals requested, number of people served, and ingredients needed based on your menu choices. Chef Matthew’s services are subject to availability. You are also welcome to book other catering, chef services, delivery, do your own cooking, etc.

Additional Notes on Retreats:

Retreat fees do not include the cost of accommodations or meals. Those costs will vary based on how simple or lavish you want those elements to be. We ask that retreat participants select and book accommodations in San Diego County. We are happy to help arrange chef services if you’d like to book Chef Matthew Purnell. If you want other food arrangements, we kindly request that you coordinate those.

Retreat fees include pricing for staff’s travel to and from the retreat site, supplies, clinicians’ time planning for and facilitating the retreat, and additional overhead costs.

Sublingual session prices reflect the total fee charged by Transcendelic. The cost of sublingual ketamine is separate and collected by the compounding pharmacy before medicine is shipped to the client’s home, and averages around $75 per shipment.

IM session prices reflect the total fee charged by Transcendelic, including the cost of ketamine.

We are not in-network with insurance. We’re always happy to provide a superbill upon request.

If you want to use your insurance to help get part of your cost reimbursed, please inquire with your insurance company as to its out-of-network coverage for mental health.

We accept credit, debit, ACH (bank account), and HSA/FSA. We are happy to split charges into interest-free payments upon request.

Retreat Cancellations

- Cancellations 30+ days prior to the retreat start date will be credited 100% of the amount paid, which will go towards a future retreat that starts within 12 months of the original retreat start date. A refund will not be issued, but rather a credit will be kept on file.

- Cancellations 14-29 days prior to the retreat start date will be credited 50% of the amount paid.

- Cancellations 8-13 days prior to the retreat will be credited 25% of the amount paid.

- Cancellations 0-7 days prior to the retreat will not be given a credit or refund of any kind.

- If after being accepted you develop a condition for which ketamine is contraindicated, we will either 1) have you still attend the retreat but not receive ketamine or 2) refund the amount paid. If you experience an illness, a loved one‘s death, or some other urgent/emergent situation prevents you from attending, please let us know and we will agree on a plan.

Retreat Payments

- You must complete the intake process and be approved before securing your spot. Your spot is only secure once you have paid the full retreat fee, which must be received in full by, at the latest, 14 days prior to the retreat start date. Payments that are outstanding 14 days prior to the retreat start date will result in you losing your spot. If you complete the intake and are not approved for retreat participation, any amount already paid will be refunded. If you do not complete the intake, your deposit will be kept on file in accordance with the guidelines above.

- Please note that our cancellation and payment policies were created with the recognition that we put significant time, energy, and expense into retreats before, during, and after each retreat. We need to pay our employees, affiliates, etc., and that is why (as above) typically credits will be given, rather than refunds. The policy is intended to honor participants and Transcendelic employees and affiliates alike.
